POMeROUTE is an Android based direct store delivery (DSD) and invoicing app designed to work directly with POMeSYS-HOST (aka MyOnlineBakery), a web-based bakery management ERP system. POMeROUTE will also work with any ERP or accounting solution on the market.¹
This app allows the user to instantly create invoices that reflect the day’s deliveries and returns. The user can view previous delivery tickets to estimate future needs. They can also enter payments collected and payment type, receive delivery signature directly on the tablet, and print the invoice for your customers. Open balances are printed on the invoice with their corresponding invoice numbers. Invoices are also instantly e-mailed to customers allowing them to view or print copies whenever they need through wifi or wireless connection.
This app also allows the driver to create a future order that is then uploaded to the office for accurate production reports.
Barcode readers can be attached to allow the user to scan deliveries, rather than manually entering them, to save time.
At the beginning of each shift, the user will download data from the server to the device. At the close of that shift, the day’s data is uploaded back to the server via a wifi or wireless connection.
There are no limits to the number of routes or the number of customers served on each route.
